EASY-LASER XT440 Shaft Alignment System

The Easy-Laser® XT440 is the first member of the XT generation alignment systems. The most significant feature of this series is the cross-platform software compatibility, allowing the user to operate the system on various display units, including the rugged XT11 or personal mobile devices.

XT11 Display Unit

The Easy-Laser XT11 display unit features a glove-friendly touchscreen and an optional thermal imaging camera to capture thermovision images before and after alignment, which can be included in PDF and Excel reports. It also includes a 13 MP camera, which is removable for use in restricted areas where photography is otherwise prohibited.

No Platform Limitations

The XT generation allows you to choose whether to use the user-friendly XT11 display or run the free XT Alignment app on iOS and Android devices. Whether using a tablet or a smartphone, you have complete freedom in choosing your platform.

License-Free Operation

Your measuring hardware determines which technologies are available. There are no license hassles; simply connect your measuring units to the display or app and start measuring.

Uniform User Interface

The XT series minimizes training costs by utilizing a consistent interface across all devices, including XT440, XT550 Ex, XT660, XT770, XT290, XT280, and XT190.

Rugged and Sealed Design

XT devices are built for harsh conditions with IP66 and IP67 ratings, making them dustproof and waterproof (submersible up to 1 meter). The units are also shock-resistant to ensure stable performance in extreme environments.

Long Battery Life

With an operating time of up to 16 hours for display units and up to 24 hours for measuring units, the system can handle the toughest jobs without interruption.

XT40-M/S Measuring Units

The XT40 units feature a 30mm TruePSD detector and an OLED display that shows the unit’s angle, making shaft positioning easier. It utilizes line-laser technology for fast setup and precise measurement. The rugged anodized aluminum housing ensures maximum stability.
